SugoiCon reveled in the post-Halloween festivities with a cavalry of cosplayers coming from mostly the Midwestern states, ready to parade around in their latest fabrications based off of their favorites anime or manga characters. With most of the newfound celebrities unsure about competing in a Masquerade performance, SugoiCon held an informal Costume Contest and passed out Hall Cosplay Awards, letting the excited cosplayers freely roam around, comfortably take each other's pictures, and share ideas.
