LLNN Coverage of Otakon 2003

Otakon 2003 celebrated it's tenth year anniversary with an even bigger listing of major events and one of the best cosplay Masquerades ever. Main Events included such features like the glorious Anime Music Videos, an exquisite Cosplay Fashion Show, the classic Masquerade Night, crowd-rousing house-packed concerts with Kristina Sa and TM Revolution, and Game Shows: Anime Name That Tune and Anime Taboo.

#35: The Emperor's New Theme Song presented Fushigi Yugi's Emperor Hotohori needing a new theme song that compliments his beauty. He's just "too sexy". Winner!: Judges Award	#36: Characters from Clover, Handmaid May, Wolf's Rain, and .hack presented their heroes vs. villains version of the Rules of Anime. Winner!: Novice Division Best Workmanship	#37: Tai from Digimon presented his attempts to make Metalgreymon perform Stupid Digimon Tricks.

#38: Behind the Series presented three bungling executives trying to come up with a successful animated show formula with numerous references to today's anime. Winner!: Journeyman Division Best Performance	#39: Ever seen a chocobo play the Final Fantasy 8 theme on the electric guitar? Well, now you did with Choco Rock! Winner!: Novice Division Best Performance	#40: For love, dead girls, on-stage fighting, dance, and glory, Battle Royale characters duke it out! Winner!: Craftsmanship Division Best Performance
