Otakon enjoyed the
largest weekend attendance for workshops for 2002, thanks to the large facilities and large
fanbase who want to be more involved in the creation areas of anime fandom. From Cel-painting
to Origami to coloring and crafts for kids and adults alike, there was something for everyone
to enjoy. And as a side note, just looking at the cel-painting workshop pictures would
make one think that an entire Otakon closing animation could be spawned from that weekend
effort. |
