Otakus unite!
Otakon 2002 has had more than a lion's share of pure otaku excitement inside the Dealer's
Hall, the Artist Alley, and at the Masquerade, but look around and you can see much more of
the anime convention culture lurking in every crevice and corner of the Center. Shown
below, fans can be seen just hangin' out and pssing the time away listenin' to anime tunes,
taking up a sketch area on the floor, passing time with close friends in the hall corridors,
strummin' on the guitar, chatting with cel-painting workshop instructor Steve Bennett, or just
enjoying the spoils of war bought inside the Dealers Hall. |
