Otakon
2002 |

 The Otakon 2002 LARP (Live Action Role Playing) room enjoyed a
weekend full of costumed attendees ready to get involved into cool plots to take over the
world and then some. Scenarios conjured up for the weekend included: Royal Reception at Metropolis Starport, Tenkaichi-budokai
Fighting Tournament, Macross Island Mecha War Games, Shin-ra Stakes: Chocobo Racing, and
Generic High School Prom. |

 Yoko Ishida and her dance troupe gave an awesome concert
for Otakon 2002 in the main ballroom with songs from the anime compilation of Para Para Max. |
Otakon 2002's huge Art Show and Art Auction arena lured many artists wishing to display their latest works and be able
to sell, hold up for bid, or simply display for enjoyment. |
