AnimeExpo99 brought back memories of the good old days when a couple of anime fan artists would gather up a table, some chairs, art materials, and start drawing some characters or mecha designs for all to see and buy. Not much has changed since then and that's what people like. Shown below are photos of diehard anime fan artists who have come to AX99 to show off their best works and bring some vibrant culture to domestic fandom.
