Music Videos for Beginners: Experienced music video competitions filled up the moderation team as they gave advice about technical and artistic skills.  Features included great use of computing power, frame counts, video capturing hardware and software, video editing, audio scrubbing, previewing, AMV submissions and the various rules from conventions, and various use of digital media on which to submit or privately distribute.

Anime Collectibles: How many plushies can you confess to owning?  Moderators showed off their latest prized possessions and gave details on the hot world of collecting, dollar/yen conversions, knowing what the yen actually looks like, checking the UPC symbol, shopping in the dealers room for the best bargains, online shopping, and locating the best auctions to find what you want.  Examples for show included plushies, trading cards, action figures, and much more.

Steve Bennett and Studio Ironcat: The Ironcat drama continues as Steve takes the helm and considers the idea of doing a special "how to draw anime" at some future time.  It would probably focus more on the "how they did it" highlighting figures in the industry like Adam Warren and Robert DeJesus, basically involving people that fans can relate to more than the Japanese counterparts.  Also noteworthy was the famous hat story that recounted tales of Steve's well-known US Civil War hat having traveled to some interesting places around the US... Yaoi-Con, Superbowl, night clubs...

Animation Seminar 1: History and Evolution of the anime/manga style: Looks easy to do?  Not so, as the moderator points out the extreme difficulties it takes to make a quality piece of anime or manga.  Topics included detailing the cel animation process, pointing out the registry slots on the cels, making the transfer to black lines, using the proper paint colors, use of next-generation digital composition to save time and cost, various technical styles with certain anime, signaling color shading differences between Japanese (3 shades) and American (1 shade) animation, and drawing all five fingers as opposed to four.

Guest Panel: Crispin Freeman, Jessica Calvello, Amy H. Wilson: Always packing in the fans, American voice actors gladly shared stories about their latest endeavors within the voice acting industry, voice direction, day-in-the-life scenarios, and answering various questions from the audience about how they started and what their next title would possibly be.
Video Gaming for the Anime Enthusiast: Cosplaying as their favorite video game characters, the panel moderators definitely got to the point about how hot this subject is.  With various examples like Final Fantasy, Guilty Gear, Dead or Alive, and various RPGs, the moderators gave in depth clues on J-Rock influences and 80's band references found within the games's characters, story, and environments.
